With the theme of the event ?Leading in Times of Change? being pretty explanatory, the POD Network Conference is dedicated to address the issues faced by POD Network Members, particularly in being a person of leadership, and adjusting to changes, big or small. These are the major issues faced by the members in the educational development profession, and in their own institutions. Various concurrent session and pre-conference workshops, round-table discussions, research sessions, among many more aim to foster an understanding of change in educational development and how to cope up with said changes.

The sessions target inculcating leadership in changing times, at all levels, and learning how to effectively and thoughtfully acclimatize to the changing trends along with professional development. How to cope up with changes occurring at such a fast pace that they are incomprehensible? Examples- changes in individual instructor teaching practices, constantly evolving student needs, institutional organizational changes, teaching initiatives, etc? Supporting numerous members, the network promotes healthy co-operation and interactive peer-to-peer learning, along with open discussions.
